How popcorn works
The common popcorn is made by putting corn, butter and sugar into the popcorn machine.
Caramel flavored INDIAM popcorn take the right amount of corn (or rice) into the popcorn pot, and seal the top cover, and then put the popcorn pot on the stove to rotate continuously to make it evenly heated, you can explode delicious popcorn.
This is because in the process of heating, the temperature in the pot is rising, and the pressure of the gas in the pot is also increasing. When the temperature rises to a certain extent, the rice grains will gradually become soft, and most of the water in the rice grains will become water vapor. Due to the high temperature, the pressure of water vapor is very high, which makes the softened rice grains expand.
General pot, refined oil or butter (choose one or each half can be added), corn, are 1:1 flat at the bottom! After all the ingredients are put into the pot, turn on the low heat and shake it from time to time. You can stir it with chopsticks until it is the first to burst. You can put more sugar into the popcorn if you like. (don’t put it early. The oil and sugar will scorch quickly when heated) then cover the pot completely, or it will all fly out of the pot! Then you can hear the sound of rapid explosion continuously. When the sound speed slows down, you can leave the fire.
Cold for a few seconds, otherwise there will be splashing popcorn from time to time, you can also let the waste heat to explode the unexplained, and then you can start the pot.
Note: when the sound slows down, you must leave the fire. Don’t be reluctant to leave the one that doesn’t explode below. Don’t stay on the fire for too long. It will be completely burnt.
